
We are conducting business as usual with certain modifications to employee travel, employee work locations, and marketing events, among other modifications. The broader implications of the global emergence of COVID-19 on our business, operating results, and overall financial performance remain uncertain and it depends on certain developments, including the duration and spread of the outbreak, impact on our clients and our sales cycles, impact on our partners or employees, and impact on the economic environment and financial markets, all of which are uncertain and cannot be predicted. The Company will continue to actively monitor the situation and may take further actions that alter its business operations, as may be required by federal, state, or local authorities, or that the Company determines are in the best interests of its employees, customers, partners, suppliers, and stockholders.

During the first three quarters of 2020, the Company has seen certain new and existing customers halt or decrease investment in infrastructure, and the Company expects that certain of its current and potential customers will take actions to reduce operating expenses and moderate cash flows, including by delaying sales and requesting extended billing and payment terms.

Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties in writing, these reports will be submitted at the end of every Quarter. The IP will submit to UNICEF narrative progress reports against the planned activities contained in the Programme Document, using the PDPR. Monthly Progress Reports During the Construction Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report on progress of the Construction Works and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer.įinancial Statements, Reports, etc Furnish to the Administrative Agent (which will promptly furnish such information to the Lenders): ***** will specifically describe how each Licensed Product is related to each Licensed Patent. Each report will describe, where relevant: *****’s progress toward commercialization of Licensed Product, including work completed, key scientific discoveries, summary of work-in-progress, current schedule of anticipated events or milestones, market plans for introduction of Licensed Product, and significant corporate transactions involving Licensed Product. Government and for Stanford to ascertain progress by ***** toward meeting this Agreement’s diligence requirements. The report will include information sufficient to enable Stanford to satisfy reporting requirements of the U.S. Progress Report By March 1 of each year, ***** will submit a written annual report to Stanford covering the preceding calendar year. Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require. Submit a monthly or quarterly Invoice that follows the instructions in the “ Payment of Funds” section of the terms and conditions, including a financial report on Match Fund and in- state expenditures.See the Progress Report Format Attachment for the recommended specifications. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM.

Progress Reports and Invoices. The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format.
